Mr. Tisone is a graduate of Ursinus College with a BS in Science and a BA degree in business administration. Rich has over thirty-five years of experience in the transportation industry, where he started as a driver and quickly progressed to Office Manager. Rich joined Stouts over 15 years ago and has been involved in every facet of the business. He obtained his mechanic certification and safety credentials, oversaw fleet maintenance, and was also involved in the day-to-day operations. Presently, Rich oversees Risk Management for all Stouts entities.
