What type of buses do you have?

Motorcoaches, school buses, and shuttle buses.

Do your buses have bathrooms?

Our motorcoaches are equipped with restrooms.

How many passengers fit on a bus?

Motorcoach – up to 56; School Bus – up to 54 children and up to 45 adults; shuttle buses up to 29.

Is a driver included in a bus rental?

Yes, we only allow drivers vetted and employed by Stout’s to operate our vehicles.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of $500.00 per day per bus is due within 10 days of booking your bus.

Is driver gratuity included in my trip cost?

No, gratuity is optional, but it’s customary to pay $100 per day per driver.

When is my balance due?

Your balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your trip date.

Do I get my money back if I decide to cancel?

A refund will not be issued without a cancellation number that you will receive at the time of cancellation. 30-days advance notice is required to receive a full refund.

Do you have any wheelchair accessible vehicles?

We have some motorcoaches and shuttle buses that have wheelchair accessibility.

How long/far can a driver drive?

A motorcoach driver can drive a maximum of 10 hours per day; drivers are not allowed to be on duty for more than 15 hours per day. Once a driver has reached the maximum allowed hours, they are required to be off for 9 hours before driving or being on duty again.

Who is responsible for the driver's hotel room on an overnight trip?

The client booking the trip is responsible for reserving and paying for the driver’s hotel room. If your trip is more than 1 bus, each driver will need their own hotel room reserved.

Is smoking/vaping allowed on the bus?

No, there is NO SMOKING/VAPING permitted in any of our vehicles.
