Ms. Scaglione joined the Stouts Team six years ago from the banking industry, where she originally met the Stouts family. With her professional demeanor and listening skills, all employees appreciate her open-door policy. Donna works diligently recruiting new drivers, mechanics, cleaners, and office staff. Donna also manages the employee payroll, benefits and works hard to make every Stouts Team Member feel part of the Family. Donna lives in Ewing with her son.
