Mr. Sutcliffe started his career with Stouts in 2017 as a Dispatcher for the Temple University shuttle (provided by Stouts) and then left to work directly for Temple. Rich returned in 2024 to manage the garage and was recently promoted to Fleet Manager. Rich oversees the fleet maintenance of over 100 vehicles, which includes motorcoaches, paratransit vehicles, transit buses, school buses, and vans. Rich is instrumental in maintaining the facility that delivers comprehensive preventive maintenance and repairs to Stout’s fleet that exceeds DOT and industry standards, while simultaneously handling the service needs of several outside companies.
