Mr. Shawn Stout is part of the third generation of leadership in the Stout Family business. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in every aspect of operations, beginning in high school and continuing though college and his service in the Air Force Reserve. Shawn has worked in nearly every role along the way, from driver and dispatcher to operations and management. Drawing on his industry knowledge and leadership skills, Shawn has developed and implemented innovated programs designed to strengthen driver training, safety protocols and substance abuse policies, further elevating the company’s longstanding commitment to excellence. These initiatives reflect both the innovation and care for the Stout’s team.
In 2020, the Stout family expanded it’s endeavors with the purchase of the Duncraven Equestrian Center in Hopewell Township, which Shawn now manages. When he is not at Stout’s or the farm, he enjoys time at his home in Ewing with Andrea Jannetti and their son, Angelo.
